This cluster arrives raw and frozen together, they are frozen in a block to protect them during transit. You can easily separate them with cold running water to use some now, some later - but your pack will make 2 large or 4 medium servings, so you are unlikely to need to separate. Blue crab is great in curries to add a seafood flavour or in a seafood boil.
