We sell several grades and formats of lobster meat. This hand-produced lobster meat is from native lobsters and is our top quality version containing a good proportion of nice-size chunks from the tail and claws. Due to the seasonality of lobsters, this is an item which comes and goes. These packs are a quick and easy option for lobster rolls or lobster mac n cheese. As the meat is already cooked, you should be careful not to over-cook it when heating it in other dishes.
